This is a made-to-order product and is not available for immediate shipment. Orders for the zip-up sweaters require a minimum quantity of 12 units  and include a production and shipping timeline of approximately 2 weeks. Frequently asked questions

  • Are there minimum orders?

    Currently, there are only minimum orders for the zip-up hoodie. Please note the longer shipping time for that made-to-order item. 


     

  • How do I pay for this?

    All swag orders are to come from the budget of the person ordering. Please ensure you have approval before placing your order. You can pay via credit card and submit the invoice through Ramp.

  • How long will my items take to ship?

    Your order will ship within 1-2 business days from Toronto. Transit times will vary based on proximity. 

  • Can I order something that's not in the store?

    If you'd like to create a custom item, please reach out to Francesca Chan for design approval.

  • Where do you ship?

    Currently we are set up to ship anywhere within North America. 

  • What if the item I want to order is sold out?

    If the item you want to ship is sold out, we will not be replenishing on an ad hoc basis. Please select another item to ship. 

  • How can I change or modify my order?

    Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made. Please place another order if you need to increase your order quantity.
